Emma

Emma

We met Emma when she was 5 weeks old and fell in love when she tried to get into John’s shirt pocket and go home with us.

At 8 weeks we adopted her and two of her siblings. Emma had a beautiful agouti coat, and a prominent M on her forehead, hence her name Emma.

She was an indoor cat but we knew from her playtime with her favorite cat dancer toy that despite being completely sweet and docile with us she would have been a fierce hunter.

The folks at City Kitty had to use the big gloves with her. Her feistiness served her well as she lived with cancer for 2 years.

As an older cat she was my bedtime companion and either slept under the covers or on top of my knees. The bed was her territory.

We miss her so much and know that she has gone to be with all our other great cat companions.
